Costs
Corporate Daytime Rates (Mon-Fri only)
$660 per day incl of GST
This includes hire fee, cleaning of venue after the event and use of furniture and facilities. If bar facilities are required this can be organised at an additional cost.
Evening & Weekend Hire (6 hours)
$1450 incl of GST
This includes hire fee, cleaning of venue after the event, full use of furniture and facilities and 2 x bar staff.

Due to our licencing restrictions all functions must finish by midnight with guests being vacated by 12:30am.
Security is required with functions of over 100 people and will be arranged by Coogee Surf Club and charged back to the hirer at $45 per hour.
